1. How can I choose the right size menstrual cup?

The menstrual cup is chosen based on a user's age, amount of flow and if she has given birth. A women will get more familiar with her anatomy after getting older. Also the vagina becomes more flexible which is why the bigger size cup is a natural choice. The manufacturer's have set their own recommendations along the product information.

2. What is the difference between menstrual cups manufactured from silicon and TPE rubber?

The menstrual cups made of silicon are the same material that is used in medical science to repair body parts. It has been researched that very few is allergic to it. The silicon is flexible and lasts many years in a proper use. It is easy to clean and sterilize in a boiling water.

The menstrual cups made of TPE rubber are cheaper because the raw material used is more inexpensive. The goods also manufactured from the TPE rubber (thermoplastic elastomer) are f.ex. teats on baby bottles and hospital instruments. The material is easy to shape, feels natural in use, and can be sterilized like silicon materials. Bisphenol A (BPA) is not used in production of thermoplastic elastomer.

We do not have menstrual cups made of latex in our selection.

3. I have problems with using the menstrual cup. What shall I do?

The beginning of using the menstrual cup requires patience. Others get used to it already while their first period, others will need even three cycles before they are familiar with the use. The main rule is to relax pelvic floor muscles.

4. Do you deliver products outside Finland?

Yes, the most of the products are delivered worldwide. There are some limitations mentioned in product information. Also we suggest for you to find out your national limitations from the local customs office. We are not responsible for the local import restrictions, customs duties or taxes.

5. Do I need to pay VAT if I live outside the EU?

The prices shown depend on the country the customer is from. The VAT is excluded from the orders outside the EU.

6. What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs depend on the customer's country as well as the weight of the package. The delivery costs are listed in the terms of delivery. The shipping costs can also be checked by choosing the shipping estimator at your shopping cart after choosing the wanted products.

7. Why do I need to give all my contact details when placing an order?

We need a phone number and email address when contacting the customer concerning the order. The correct contact details improves the order handling and secures that the updated information can be given to the customer. Also the transporting companies can contact the receiver when the order has arrived to the country and the customer gets the products as soon as possible.

8. I didn't get the order confirmation. Is my order still ok?

When the order is completed the customer will receive a confirmation including order number to his/her email. If the email address has been given correctly, we advise to check the junk mail first. But if the order confirmation hasn't come to the email within a couple of hours, please contact us either by email or by phone to make sure we have your order.

9. When will I get the products?

The most of the orders are processed on business days within 24 h after placing the order. Depending on the size of the package, the final destination, and delivery method, the delivery time varies between 3 - 14 business days. All the estimated delivery times can be seen in our terms of delivery.
